Plucker OS/2 Installer for 1.0beta

The Plucker OS/2 Development team has now delviered to us a Workplace Shell
installer for Plucker. The site includes all of the links and documentation
for all of the necessary tools for Plucker running under OS/2 (such as
Python, ImageMagick, and so on). Let's support their development, they've
done an incredible job!
