Installer:
[-] The installer failed to update the bmp_to_tbmp_parameter key. This caused the conversion of images to no longer work.1.1.11:[-] Boolean ini keys do not work if they are specified as true or false (only 1 or 0 works).
[-] the category keys are now empty by default and not set to "Unfiled"
[*] Help files updated:
- Added links to some tools (INIPluck/Sitescooper) - Added link to http://bugs.plkr.org (Bugtracker)
All files were updated to those from plucker_bin-1.1.11.tar.gz.
Installer:[-] Fixed a problem with one directory name that caused problems on some non-english Windows versions.

[+] New INI Key: close_on_error. If this is set to true the console window will close if the parser exits with an error. (Windows)
[+] New GUI based tool to reinstall the Plucker viewer software on the device. <STARTMENU>\Plucker\Install PalmOS(c) Handheld Software
[*] Help Files updated.
[*] Also, the file:// syntax is working. Use "file:C:\Path\file.html" or "file://C:\Path\file.html" to get local files.
[*] The handling for the image converter has been improved. Now records larger than 64KB are no longer included in the database. See the contents of plucker.ini for the relevant keys related to this change.
